Emanuela Lima Silveira is a Senior UX Researcher at Conta Azul since October 2021, with a strong background in sustainability and system design. Prior experience includes a PhD researcher position at Universidade Federal do Paraná, focusing on design research for sustainability and creative principles for Sustainable Product-Service Systems (SPSSs). Emanuela also served as a Service Designer at the Núcleo de Design e Sustentabilidade - UFPR, collaborating on research projects with private companies. Emanuela has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from Federal University of Technology - Paraná. Key areas of expertise include creativity, system design, and sustainable product development.
