Shubham Sharma has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. In 2017, they worked as a Management Trainee at ALPHA FOOD TECH PVT. LTD. Shubham then moved on to work at ICICI Bank in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Executive for a brief period of two months. In 2020, Shubham joined Belofte India International as a Procurement and Purchase Executive, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Consus Global, starting in March 2022.

Shubham Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Operations from G.L. BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, Noida, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Bundelkhand University, specializing in commerce, from 2013 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Shubham obtained a certification in Project Management from Great Learning in May 2023 and a certification in Digital Marketing from All India Management Association (AIMA) in October 2019.
