Mani Chandna has work experience as a Technical Recruiter at Consus Global, where they coordinated with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and department goals. They also have experience as a Human Resources Trainee at IFORTIS WORLDWIDEâ„¢, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Aplinka Solutions and Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where their responsibilities included arranging interviews, onboarding employees, and coordinating hiring efforts.

Mani Chandna completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Kurukshetra University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA/PGDHRM (Master of Business Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management) from Symbiosis International University, a program they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023.
