Megan Hayward, P.E., PMP, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in resource and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Resource & Workforce Planning at Consumers Energy since June 2016, Megan has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Enterprise Resource Planning and Civil/Structural Engineering Lead. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and Structural Engineer at the Lansing Board of Water & Light, and as a Structural Engineer at Fanning Howey. Megan began their career as an Engineer Designer II at Ledy Design Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College and further studies at Michigan State University and The University of Queensland.
