James Lacroix, PSM I, is an experienced IT specialist with a solid background in information systems management. Currently employed at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since July 2018, James previously held similar IT specialist roles at the Social Security Administration from September 2014 to July 2018. Prior experience includes a tenure at Northrop Grumman Corporation from December 2005 to September 2014, where James advanced through roles such as Computer Systems Analyst 3 and Business Analyst. James began the professional journey as an intern at National Associates, Inc. & The Aspen Group, Inc. from July 1999 to August 2003. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information System Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an Associate of Science in Information Systems Management from Montgomery College.
