Patricia Sargent has extensive experience in learning and development within the call center industry, currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at Consumer Cellular, Inc. since July 2012. Previous roles at Consumer Cellular include Senior Training Manager, Site Manager, and Assistant Call Center Manager, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, staffing, operational management, and community engagement. Prior to Consumer Cellular, Patricia held a Team Manager position at T-Mobile, focused on coaching and developing supervisors to enhance team performance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Call Center Operations Supervisor at AT&T/T-Mobile, where coaching and leadership development for customer service representatives were prioritized. Patricia began their career as a Manager at Gap Inc., leading a large team of customer sales representatives.
