Benjamin Bynum is an experienced professional in organizational resilience and development, currently serving as the Organizational Resilience Team Lead for USAID Staff Care at Strategic Consulting Partners. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Organizational Resilience Advisor at The KonTerra Group, where the focus was on enhancing clarity of purpose, individual and team resilience, and fostering ongoing learning within organizations. As the founder of Benjamin Bynum Consulting, Benjamin specialized in leadership and organizational development for non-profit, governmental, and diplomatic entities, offering services in training, coaching, and conflict exploration. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education, Religion, and Psychology from Centre College.
