Jennifer Tuorinsky is a seasoned legal and project management professional with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at DTS since June 2014, Jennifer leads all legal activities, advises C-Suite executives, manages compliance and risk, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. Previous roles include Project Manager at DTS, Manager at CGI Federal, and Attorney at Shoun, Bach, Walinsky and Curran, demonstrating a robust background in software development, legal drafting, and team leadership. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Policy Analysis, and a Master of Public Policy, both from William & Mary.
