Carlos Felipe V. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT sector. Carlos Felipe started their career in 1998 at Telefónica as an IT Products and Services Manager, where they were responsible for converting business needs into technological solutions. Carlos Felipe then worked at Alpina as an IT Operations Manager before joining SABMiller as an Applications Development Lead. In this role, they were in charge of the PMO for projects in SAP and legacy applications. Carlos then returned to Alpina as an IT Projects Director, where they led the digital transformation program and implemented various solutions, including Google's collaborative work tools. Carlos Felipe also worked at Grupo Conboca and Kimberly-Clark as an IT Manager before joining Yanbal Colombia as the IT Manager. In this role, they were responsible for IT strategy, digital transformation, and implementing new IT roles. Currently, Carlos Felipe V. works as the Gerente de Transformación (CIO/CDO) at Constructora Bolivar.

Carlos Felipe V. has a strong education history in business management, software construction, and computer science. Carlos Felipe obtained an MBA degree in Business Management from INALDE Business School from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Software Construction Specialist program at Universidad de Los Andes from 2003 to 2004. Carlos Felipe also holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, earned from 1991 to 1998, with a focus on Computer Science.
