Pavel Dik has work experience as an Engineering Manager at Constructor starting from March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Examus, where they held various roles including Chief Technology Officer from October 2021 to April 2022, TeamLead from December 2018 to September 2021, and Developer from December 2015 to November 2018. Before joining Examus, Pavel worked as a Python Developer at Ural Federal University from November 2013 to March 2016.

Pavel Dik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky from 2011 to 2015. Pavel then continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Applied Informatics from 2015 to 2017.
