Hamza ELHOUARI is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Chef de projet at Construction Management Services since January 2022, Hamza previously held the position of Ingénieur travaux confirmé at SOGEA MAROC from May 2021 to December 2021 and worked as an Ingénieur travaux at TGCC between February 2016 and April 2021, focusing on residential and hotel sector projects.
