Construction Innovations LLC was founded in 2011 by a group of industry professionals who saw an opportunity to improve construction project deliveries through Lean manufacturing. Our mission is to create value by challenging industry norms using specialized designs, flexible manufacturing, and efficient installation methods to simplify construction.

We have grown rapidly through intense focus on our mission while developing strong relationships with our partners throughout the value stream.  Our unique concentration on details early in the project planning phase and intense effort on response time continues to define our company.

Our focus is threefold:  1) Flexible manufacturing processes to produce project-specific electrical power, lighting and low voltage assemblies and kits; 2) Design, modularization and pre-testing of integrated high and medium voltage substation, distribution and switchyard kits; and 3) Consulting expertise in Lean methodology to transform your company into a high performing organization.

The Product and Preconstruction Management team at Construction Innovations, LLC, is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and cost estimation of construction projects from inception through to the start of construction. This team ensures efficient use of Lean manufacturing processes, manages the modularization and pre-testing of electrical assemblies, and provides consulting expertise in Lean methodologies. Their efforts focus on enhancing project-specific designs, optimizing preconstruction workflows, and delivering cost-effective solutions to streamline project delivery.
