Lucile SERVAIN is an experienced professional in technical management within the real estate and facilities sectors. Currently serving as Responsable technique at Groupe Constructa since January 2018, Lucile previously held the position of Gestionnaire technique at COALLIA, where responsibilities included project management and technical support for 44 ERP buildings. Prior experience includes roles at SPIE providing technical operational support for five UNIBAIL RODAMCO shopping centers, an Assistant Facilities Manager at Sodexo, and various internships at FONCIA in property administration and transactions. Lucile holds multiple degrees, including a Master MIPI in corporate real estate from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, and has furthered education with a Management Interculturel degree from the University of Birmingham.
