León Rodrigo Llorente Elvira is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and site engineering across various large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at CAF Turnkey & Engineering since March 2021, León has previously held significant roles at S.A. de Obras y Servicios, COPASA as Jefe de obra, and Rover Grupo as Site Engineer, working on high-speed train platforms and civil works. With a solid background at Keller managing office building projects, and at Isolux Corsán leading railway and water supply projects, León's expertise is further supported by a Master in Civil Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Burgos.
