Xavier UNTERFINGER has extensive experience in industrial and process engineering, currently serving as Roll Shop Manager and previously as Production Supervisor at Constellium since April 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team of 15 operators in the Hot Rolling Unit. Xavier began in the Hot Rolling Unit as a process engineer, where contributions involved improving the hot rolling process of aluminium through verification and testing. Earlier roles include internships focused on energy optimization at PSA Peugeot Citroën Slovakia and as a process intern at Apave, complemented by administrative management experience as the Chief Administrative Officer at GT Process. Education includes a degree from ENSGTI, completed in 2017, and foundational studies at Lycée Albert Schweitzer from 2011 to 2014.
