Lowrie Lavis is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in materials science and metallurgy. Currently serving as Lead Process Engineer at Constellium since September 2019, Lowrie has also held roles such as Process and Materials Technologist and Process Metallurgist. Prior experience includes a Project Engineer position at Honda R&D Europe and a Graduate Engineer role at QinetiQ, where contributions were made to significant projects like the development of ion thrusters for a European space mission and investigations into aircraft component failures. Lowrie's early career featured a Facilities Engineering Internship at Mercedes AMG High Performance Power Trains, focusing on large-scale project management, and a Summer Internship at AFON Tinplate Company Limited, where responsibilities included material testing and data analysis.
