Dick Evans has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Constellium since January 2011, having previously acted as Interim Chairman and CEO during a pivotal transition. Evans holds directorship positions at CGI and Noranda Aluminum, where Dick is the Non-Executive Chairman. Additionally, Evans is the founder and contributing photographer at In Transit Images Inc. and has held independent director roles at Tyhee Gold. Previously, Evans was Chairman of the Board at Resolute Forest Products, leading a significant cross-border restructuring and successful emergence from Chapter 11. Dick's career also includes executive positions at Rio Tinto and Alcan, where Evans served as CEO and EVP. Evans holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
