Jackie Salmon is an experienced professional in people operations and staffing management, currently serving as a Regional People Consultant at Constellation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jackie worked as a Freelance People Operations consultant from March 2020 to May 2022 and held the position of People Operations Manager at Goodwood Food from January 2018 to March 2020. Jackie’s earlier experience includes roles as Staffing Manager at rhubarb food and Regional Staffing Manager at both Fontwell Park Racecourse and Brighton Racing & Events, focusing on staffing for food and beverage services at various events. Education culminated at Writhlington Comprehensive, where Jackie completed high school education from 1989 to 1994.
