Liam O'Kane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic initiatives within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Projects at Constellation since February 2022, Liam O'Kane previously held key positions at Exelon, including Vice President of Corporate Development (M&A) and Director of Corporate Development (M&A), where responsibilities entailed managing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic projects. Prior to Exelon, Liam O'Kane worked at GIC as Vice President in the Private Equity Group focusing on infrastructure and energy investments, and at GMR Group in various roles supporting transactions across multiple continents. Liam O'Kane began a career at URS Corporation as a Consultant in Project and Infrastructure Finance and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
