Darani Reddick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and legal counsel within the nuclear industry. Currently serving as Vice President & Chief of Staff to the CEO at Constellation since September 2021, Reddick previously held several strategic roles at Exelon, including Director of Regulatory Initiatives and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer. Prior experience also includes positions such as Nuclear Regulatory Affairs Manager & Assistant General Counsel at Exelon Generation, Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, and Deputy Chief of Staff & Legal Counsel at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Reddick earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
