Matteo Rigon began their work experience in 2009 at PwC as a Revisore contabile - Audit, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Constantia Alucap as Responsabile Amministrativo e Finanziario until 2017. Matteo then moved to Constantia Flexibles, where they held various roles including Direttore amministrativo Constantia Alucap from February 2017, Direttore amministrativo Constantia Copenhagen from January 2019, Direttore Amministrativo Constantia Nusser from June 2022, and Vice President Finance from June 2022.

Matteo Rigon completed their Laurea Specialistica in "Management e Consulenza Aziendale" from Università di Trento between 2003 and 2009. Additionally, they attended Liceo Scientifico where they studied "Managment e Consulenza Aziendale" in the field of Business/Managerial Economics.
