David Knapp, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Constant Contact since October 2022. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Cogstate, including Senior Business Partner in People and Culture and Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager, from August 2015 to September 2022. David's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Creoal Consulting LLC and Assistant Events Director at the University of Hartford. David began a career in event management as a Graduate Assistant at Fairfield University from January 2011 to June 2013. David holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
