Stephanie Bohon, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Stephanie began their career in 1993 as a Billing & Finance Coordinator at Westfall GMC Truck. Stephanie then worked at Jack Miller as a Human Resource/Office Manager from 1995 to 2001. Stephanie then joined ProSavvy Inc as a Director of Human Resources from 2001 to 2002. Stephanie then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Triton Development LLC from 2002 to 2003. Stephanie then took on the role of Food & Beverage Manager at All Golf Kemper Sports Management from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 onwards, Stephanie has been associated with Consova Corporation, where they initially served as a Vice President and later as a Senior Director of Client Advocacy and Delivery. Stephanie'sexperience at Consova has allowed their to develop expertise in health care cost containment and improve financial performance for clients while maintaining employee benefits.

Stephanie Bohon, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Psychology from Missouri Western State University from 1989 to 1993.
