Paul Finkle serves as an Independent Board Member at Watchpoint Logistics since July 2020 and holds the position of Board President as well as Board Member for Consortium For Children since January 2009. Finkle was the Executive Vice President - Practice Leader at The ABD Team from May 2016 to January 2020, focusing on HR outsourcing and consulting. Prior to this, Finkle was the President and CEO of SharedHR from December 2011 to April 2016 and held the role of President at WEA Consulting for over three decades, providing strategic consulting in HR and related fields. Additionally, Finkle co-chaired the Bakers Health and Welfare Trust from September 1994 to June 2011. Finkle graduated with a BA in Economics and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
