Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, working as a nutritionist in a private practice, and teaching university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
