Joel C. Joa Aybar is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction in the renewable energy and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Renewable Constructions Project Engineer at Consorcio Energético Punta Cana Macao since January 2023, Joel manages and coordinates photovoltaic installations while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
