Tony Frost has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tony began their career in the US Navy in 2004 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, where they served until 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Maintenance Technician at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Security Forces in the US Air Force Reserve. Simultaneously, they also served as a Maintenance Supervisor at Cintas from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Frost worked in the US Army as a Patriot Missile Fire Control Operator/Maintainer. Currently, they are employed as an Underwater Engineering Technician I at CONSOR Engineers, starting in 2023.

Tony Frost attended the Divers Institute of Technology from 2022 to 2023, where they studied Commercial Diving. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, from 2018 to 2020.
