Ruben Reyes Roman has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, specifically in the automotive and plastics industries. Since August 2015, Ruben has served as Plant Manager at Consolidated Metco. Prior to this role, Ruben held various positions at ConMet de Mexico from April 2011 to August 2015, including Assistant Plant Manager and Plastics Operations Manager, overseeing plastic operations at a tier 1 automotive company. Additionally, Ruben was the Director of Operations at Evco Plastics from April 2001 to March 2011. Ruben holds a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 1995 and 1999.
