Conor Sipma is an experienced professional with a diverse background in security, hospitality, and education. Currently serving as an Intercedent Beveiliging at Consolid since December 2021, Conor specializes in recruiting, screening, and placing candidates in the Security and Hospitality sectors while providing ongoing support to placed individuals. Prior to this role, Conor held positions at V.O.F De Koperen Bel, starting as a staff member and advancing to Supervisor, as well as working as a cook. Conor also worked at Que Pasa and Zaanse Golf Club in various all-round capacities over an extensive period. Additionally, Conor has experience in education as a history teacher at Martinuscollege, where innovative teaching methods, including Gamification, were successfully implemented. Conor holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Amsterdam and a Propaedeutic degree in Media, Information and Communication from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a VWO diploma in Culture and Society from Zaanlands Lyceum.
