Caley Zingerle is an experienced People and Culture Manager with a diverse background in human resources and strategic recruitment. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at LOD since March 2023, Caley previously held the position of Head of People and Culture at the Health Complaints Commissioner from September 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, Caley worked as a Project Manager for Strategic Recruitment at the National Disability Insurance Agency and gained further expertise in volume recruitment and RPO solutions at Clarius/Ignite and Futurestep, A Korn Ferry Company. With a history of leading HR initiatives across various organizations, including Serco and ManpowerGroup, Caley has demonstrated the ability to develop sourcing strategies, enhance team performance, and drive significant business outcomes. Caley holds a Bachelor of Communication with concentrations in PR, Marketing, and HR from Griffith University.
