Ralph Hientzsch is an experienced executive with a robust background in consulting and management. Since July 2003, Ralph has served as the managing partner of Consileon Frankfurt und Schweiz GmbH and Congentics GmbH. Prior experience includes a role as Director and Head of Inhouse Consulting at Deutsche Bank AG from April 2000 to June 2003, and as Principal Senior Project Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. from July 1999 to March 2000. Ralph also worked at Kearney from March 1996 to June 1999, progressing from Business Analyst to Manager. Ralph holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Universität Witten/Herdecke and completed additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
