Emil Paaske is a seasoned professional in property development, currently serving as Managing Partner at Agate Utvikling AS since May 2017, where projects are underway in Kristiansand and Oslo. Emil holds several board positions, including roles at CONSIGLI AS, SMESTAD BOLIGSTIFTELSE, and LOF arkitekter, and previously served as Chairman of the Oslo Metropolitan Area OMA. With extensive experience at Veidekke Eiendom AS from 2008 until its sale in 2020, Emil has held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director and Regional Director Østland, with a focus on real estate project development. Emil's educational background includes degrees from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Grenoble Ecole de Management, and the Stockholm School of Economics.
