Wilfredo E Marchan is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and construction management. Currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer at John Moriarty & Associates since November 2019, Marchan previously held the role of Project Engineer at Innovo Construction, LLC from May 2018 to November 2019, and worked as a Transportation Engineer for the Maryland Department of Transportation from July 2017 to May 2018. During time at West Virginia University Institute of Technology, Marchan contributed as a Teaching Assistant and Peer Tutor, mentoring students for academic success while also completing a Highway Technician Internship with the West Virginia Division of Highways in the summer of 2015. Education includes a Master’s in Professional Studies with a focus on Real Estate Development from Georgetown University (January 2023 - Present) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology (2013-2017).
