Koby Schofer has work experience in various roles and companies. Koby started as a Mechanical Assembly Technician at OMNI Control Technology, Inc in June 2016. Koby then worked as a Staff Worker at L&M Landscaping from May 2015 to August 2018. After that, they served as a Camp Counselor at Rams Skills Camp from July 2015 to July 2018. In 2019, they joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc as a Project Management Intern from May to August. In June 2020, they became a Project Engineer at the same company.

Koby Schofer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford, where they completed their studies from 2016 to 2020.
