Shane Arcuri has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Shane began their career as Director of Philanthropy at Delta Tau Delta Fraternity from 2011 to 2013, where they oversaw a team and organized fundraising events. Shane then worked as a Security Officer at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2012 to 2014, providing security for guests and coordinating security for major events.

In 2014, Shane founded and served as CEO of Design Cub3D, a company distributing 3D printing supplies. Shane negotiated wholesale pricing and purchased materials from a Chinese manufacturer.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Mortgage Banker and Lead Development Agent at Network Capital Funding Corporation, meeting volume-based goals in a call center environment. In 2016, they joined Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. as a Mortgage Loan Originator, responsible for various tasks to ensure a top-notch mortgage experience for borrowers.

In 2017, Shane had two roles at Mavenlink: Business Development Representative and Sales Development Representative. Mavenlink is a cloud-based project and business management software company. Shane then co-founded AIO Inc. in 2017, a company focused on creating user-friendly cryptocurrency and blockchain software tools.

From 2019 to 2023, Shane worked as a Customer Success Manager at Stonegate, where they helped build and maintain strong client relationships. In 2021, they joined Synoptek as a Manager, Client Success, overseeing client satisfaction and retention. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Consider, starting in 2022, where they continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Shane Arcuri received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. During their time at the university, they also pursued a degree in Psychology with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shane Arcuri obtained a certification as a Licensed Mortgage Banker from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in August 2015. Shane also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2014.
