Marika Bråson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Team Manager and Head of Employer Branding & Tech Recruiter at Consid since February 2018, where leadership of the national Employer Branding Team commenced in January 2022. Prior to this role, Marika held the position of Recruitment Assistant Lead at Consid, focusing on team hiring, onboarding, and task management. Marika's earlier experience includes a role as HR Administrator IT at H&M, supporting recruitment and employer branding efforts, and a part-time position as Secretary/Front Desk Receptionist at Kriström Advokatbyrå. Marika also served as Project Manager UE Regatta for Föreningen Uppsalaekonomerna. Marika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Uppsala University and has pursued additional education at Kristianstad University and San Diego State University.
