Filip Huhta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Filip is currently working at Consid as a Full Stack Developer & Team Lead, responsible for leading and coaching a development team. Prior to that, they worked at Metria as a Full Stack Developer & Scrum Master, where they were involved in front-end and back-end development and also led a team as a Scrum Master. Before Metria, they worked at Arctic Group as a Full Stack Developer, where they worked on a project group developing an internal system. Additionally, they have experience working at Norrmejerier, Sportshopen, Station Ungdomens Hus, and IKEA Sverige in various roles.

Filip Huhta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Sciences from Luleå University of Technology from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Gymnasieexamen in Naturvetenskap from Tornedalsskolan between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2023, Certified Sitevision Solution Developer - CSSD from Sitevision in 2022, Certified Sitevision Website Developer - CSWD from Sitevision in 2021, and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2021.
