Jeffery Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jeffery started their career at ATK in 1996 as a Sr Application Software Developer, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they became an Independent Software Developer and took on freelance work as a Developer for various projects. Jeffery also worked at Conservice The Utility Experts as a Software Development Team Lead from 2011 to 2016, and later as a Senior IT Manager in the Utility Services Software Development Team until 2020. Jeffery then became a Director of Product Development in the Utility Services division at Conservice The Utility Experts from 2021 to 2022, before transitioning to their current role as a Senior Director of Product Development in the Utility Services department at the same company.

Jeffery Shepherd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University. Jeffery has also obtained a certification from Microsoft as a Technology Specialist in .NET Framework 3.5 and ASP.NET Applications.
