Michelle Hartmann has over two decades of experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at ConServe since February 2009. In this role, Michelle oversees business development in the Mid-Atlantic Region, particularly focusing on colleges and universities across Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and parts of New Jersey. Responsibilities include forming new relationships and maintaining quality client interactions through regular meetings and performance evaluations. Prior to ConServe, Michelle held positions as Director of Customer Service at National Enterprise Systems, Inc. and Sales Director at NCO Financial Systems. Michelle earned a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1988 and 1993.
