Don Stewart is a Member of Parliament at the House of Commons of Canada since June 2024. Prior to this role, Don served as Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel of the 2 Intelligence Company within the Canadian Army from May 2018 to July 2024. Don's professional background includes significant positions such as Director of Market Surveillance at CIRO/OCRI, Managing Director at Jenni Byrne + Associates, Chief Financial Officer at Vinzan International, and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Earlier career experiences include roles at BMO Capital Markets, Falconbridge Limited, and Terrafix® Geosynthetics Inc. Don holds an MBA in Business/Commerce from Queen's University and a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution, in addition to a Level 2 Award in Wines with Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
