Rudo Kemper is an experienced professional in environmental technology and community empowerment, currently serving as Senior Technical Lead at Conservation Metrics, where a data sovereignty platform is being developed. Previous roles include Environmental Defenders Specialist at Tetra Tech, Map & Web App Developer at Bioneers, and Chief Program Officer at Cadasta Foundation, focusing on land rights and sustainability. Rudo also held leadership positions at Native Land Digital, Awana Digital, and Amazon Conservation Team, prioritizing Indigenous rights and environmental conservation. Early career experience includes web development roles at the University of Chicago and a focus on archives at the University of Miami.
