Joann C. is an experienced UX researcher currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher & Research Ops at MetaMask since September 2022. Prior to this role, Joann worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Celsius from March 2022 to July 2022, and as a UX Researcher & Strategist at Citi from January 2021 to March 2022. Joann began a career in UX as an Analyst at Informa from October 2019 to November 2020. Academic credentials include a User Experience Design Certification from Southern Methodist University in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from the University of North Texas, earned during 2013-2014.
