Jenni Nguyen has a diverse work background with experience in operations, consulting, and hospitality. Jenni currently holds the position of Director of Operations at ConsenSys Academy. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Consultant, where they created and led custom New Restaurant Opening Action Plans and assessed business plans for staffing needs. Jenni also served as the Operations Lead at Nguyen Coffee Supply, playing a core role in building and scaling the brand. Jenni worked as the Director of Training and Operations Services Manager at Not Your Average Joe's and held the position of Regional Director at Hill Country Hospitality, where they directed catering and event efforts. Jenni also has experience at matchbox food group, where they held various roles such as Manager of Learning & Talent Development, Manager of New Restaurant Openings, Training Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Server. Jenni started their career as a Team Leader/Office Assistant at The Catholic University of America and worked as an Office Assistant at Broadlawns Medical Center.

Jenni Nguyen attended Dowling Catholic High School from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and Spanish from The Catholic University of America between 2005 and 2010. In addition, they obtained the ServSafe Alcohol Responsible Alcohol Service Training and Certification from the National Restaurant Association in December 2014.
