Renaud Moutarde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and management. Since July 2017, Renaud has served as the Directeur de l'emploi et de la formation professionnelle at the Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire, overseeing a team of 70 agents and managing a budget of approximately €180 million. Prior roles include DGA éducation, citoyenneté, culture et sports at the Conseil départemental de l'Essonne, where Renaud managed a substantial budget of €1.68 billion and led teams of 1,450.
