Quentin Marchand is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in research support and scientific dialogue. Since January 2021, Marchand has served as Chef de projet soutien à la recherche scientifique at the Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire, overseeing research support initiatives aligned with regional strategies in health, agri-agro, and digital fields. Additionally, Marchand coordinates the regional network for the dialogue between science and society and implements the regional strategy for scientific and technical culture. Prior roles include research administration at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, where Marchand coordinated numerous scientific events across the Andean region, and project studies with INGEROP concerning urban planning. Marchand's academic background includes a Doctorate in Geography from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Diplom from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes focused on local public action.
