Jennifer Champenois has extensive experience in the fields of aquaculture and agricultural innovation. Since July 2015, Jennifer has worked at Région Pays de la Loire as a Chargée de projets innovation agricole and Chargée de programme filières aquaculture et sel, providing support to companies in aquaculture, aquatic product transformation, and salt industries, while implementing the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (FEAMPA). Prior to this, Jennifer served from January 2011 to June 2015 as a Chef de projet en aquaculture at the Centre d'Etude et de Valorisation des Algues (CEVA), managing public and private projects, conducting research and development in algoculture, and leading environmental studies for marine aquaculture projects. Earlier, in 2010, Jennifer worked at IFREMER as a Cadre de recherche on conchylicole ecosystems, coordinating shellfish stock monitoring in Basse-Normandie and contributing to public expertise. Jennifer holds an engineering degree in Agro-Halitic from ENITA de Bordeaux (2006-2009) and a Scientific Baccalauréat (2004-2006) from Lycée Clémenceau.
