François-Xavier Richard has extensive experience in communication and public relations, currently serving as a Communication Advisor in the Cabinet of the President at the Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire since February 2016. Previously, François-Xavier served in various communication roles, including Digital Communication Officer for the 2015 Regional Elections and Social Media Manager for Agence Pour Qui Pourquoi?. François-Xavier’s career also includes positions as Advertising Manager at Adventiss and Development Officer at Les Roulottes du Moulin, where project management and communication strategies were key responsibilities. François-Xavier began a career in communication through positions at consulting firms and media companies, gaining expertise in public affairs, event organization, and strategic communication. François-Xavier holds a degree in Communication Management from EFAP and completed further training in Community Management.
