Marie-Claude Perreault is a seasoned lawyer specializing in labor and employment law, as well as occupational health and safety, with over 33 years of experience. Currently serving as the principal attorney at MC Perreault Avocate Conseil Inc. since October 2016, Marie-Claude provides legal counsel to employers and advises on human resources matters. Additionally, Marie-Claude holds the position of Vice-President for Labor and Legal Affairs at the Conseil du patronat du Québec since March 2022. Previous roles include serving as Senior Vice-President of Corporate Affairs, Legal, Human Resources, and Corporate Secretary at GDI Integrated Facility Services from October 2013 to August 2016, and as a partner in labor law at Lavery, de Billy from May 1990 to October 2013, where negotiation of collective agreements and management of significant labor disputes were primary responsibilities. Marie-Claude holds a law degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and completed studies at Université Laval in actuarial science.
