David Sauveur possesses extensive experience in customer relations and management within the public and private sectors. Since October 2018, David has served as Responsable du Centre de Contact at the Département des Yvelines, overseeing qualitative and quantitative monitoring of activities within the social services realm and managing a team of 35 advisors via direct supervision of 3 supervisors. Previously, from September 2009 to September 2018, David held the position of Manager Relation Client at Kisio Services, where responsibilities included managing a team of 26 personnel, ensuring adherence to objectives and procedures, and conducting recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. David holds a BTS in Commercial Units from AFTEC, completed in 1999.
