Constance Kaita is a seasoned professional in studio operations and production, currently serving as Director of Studio Operations and Associate Partner at Conscious Minds Studios since September 2020, with a progressive career that includes roles as Director of Studio Producers and Brand Manager. Prior experience includes work as Account Manager/Producer at Muse Storytelling, managing notable clients such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Fujifilm North America. Constance spent two years at Articulate With Jim Cotter as Director of Operations, where over 100 segments of a nationally-syndicated PBS show were produced. Previous roles also encompass positions in marketing and operations at FringeArts and internships at various organizations, all underpinned by a dual degree in Writing Seminars and Piano Performance from The Johns Hopkins University.
